Why is it the male who needs to lead?

The male is the active polarity and the female is the receptive polarity. He is primarily a thinking creature and represents the purpose of the Spirit, which is to map out the unknown and make it practical. In that way something new is created. That is why all great entrepreneurs, inventors, prophets etc. were and are male.
Now females can be good leaders too. Think of mothers e.g. And they can lead companies as well, as they can be very good at managing. But managing is generally not creative: it is maintaining and preserving. That’s is why you find many females succesful in professions where it is about following the rules. And why they do better at school then men who easily drop out.
If there is a game a female will nurture the game and its rules. It is her nature to do so. Men, on the other hand, will instinctively try to understand the game, will tamper with the rules and finally destroy it. But, and that is the point, in this process evolve his awareness of the game and create something new. Think of AirBnB and Ueber.
A mature male will only destroy what does not longer serve life, and will only create what does serve life. But immature males, little boys and rebels, will not. What does leadership really mean?
